Access without registration to the Single European Procurement Document (EDPS) service In connection with the Communication from the European Commission on the forthcoming suspension of the Online Single European Procurement Document service (https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd/filter?lang=bg), the Public Procurement Agency (PPA) informs all users that the obligation to use EDES remains in force and can be fulfilled through the Bulgarian version of the PPA. It is available at: https://espd.eop.bg/espd-web/filter?lang=bg , without the need for pre-registration. The European Commission will suspend its service in April 2019.
