A draft Council of Ministers Decree was published on the Public Consultation Portal proposing the adoption of an Ordinance on External Experts in the Preliminary Control of Public Procurement and amending the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Law and the Rules of Organization of the Public Procurement Agency orders.

The proposed changes are related to the amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, promulgated in the State Gazette, issue no. 86 of 18.10.2018. The main part of them relate to the creation of a normative basis for the gradual transition to a fully electronic procurement in the country.
