A new “Business entity information” template has been published

By Order No. RD-56 of June 28, 2019, the Executive Director of the Public Procurement Agency approved a new model of “Information for a business entity for which the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, item. 5, “A” and Art. 55, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act.

As of 01 July 2019, the specimen shall be binding on the contracting authorities. The information is published on the Procurement Portal in the thematic area “Samples and lists” – “Samples” and is accessible to all users .
