New public procurement samples published after 1 november 2019 are published

With Order No. RD-53 of June 27, 2019, the Executive Director of the Public Procurement Agency approved new models for public procurement.

The package of documents includes:

• Decision to open a procedure;

• Notice of modification of an order during its term of execution;

• Call for Proposals / Invitation to Certain Persons for Public Procurement with the Value of Art. 20, para. 3 or para. 7 of the PPА;

• Announcement for the award of a public procurement contract under Art. 20, para. 3 or para. 7 of the PPА;

• Announcement of the conclusion of the public procurement contract and

• Summary information under Art. 230, para. 1, item 7 of the Public Procurement Act.

Read from 01 November 2019 of the year following the attachment of the depositor. Information has been published on the Portal for public relations in the subject area „Sample and Lists” – “ Sample ” and is available for consumers.
