New trainings for work with CAIS EOP

In mid-June 2019, three more free trainings were held to work with the Centralized Automated Electronic Public Procurement Information System (CAIS EOP). Representatives of the bodies responsible for the ex-post control of public procurement, as well as the appeal bodies – the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Supreme Administrative Court – took part in them.

The trainings are carried out according to a contract concluded between the Public Procurement Agency (PPA) and the Consortium “EPP Bulgaria”, which is the developer of the system. Lecturers for the events are provided by the developer of the national platform. They have trained over 300 experts and judges.

Two more end-user trainings will be completed in the coming months.

Given the high public interest in the new platform and the successful format, the PPA envisages the organization of small group trainings for all stakeholders, which we will announce on the Public Procurement Portal.
