Consultations to improve communication with local and regional contracting authorities

As part of the European Commission’s efforts to improve communication with local and regional contracting authorities on the provision of information on European Union (EU) public procurement law, policies and instruments, an online survey is underway and will continue until 30 September 2019.

The survey covers all 28 EU Member States. It focuses mainly on procurement practitioners at regional and local level and aims to identify whether they need more information on EU law and its implementation and, if so, what type, form and at what level (EU / Member State / Other).
